The list of ground-breaking and awarded projects includes among others conception of the integrated transport control system iTLS for Volkswagen AG (VDI Innovation Award 2007 for Volkswagen AG), implementation of one of the world’s first multi-agent systems for the control of semi-autonomous shuttle vehicles (VDI Innovation Award 2004 for Dematic GmbH and Fraunhofer-Institute for Material Flow and Logistics) or the Internet of Things (Best Product Logimat 2010 for CARGO-TECHNIK GmbH & Co. KG).
