An administrator is the person responsible for managing a multi-user computer system, communication system, or both. The duties of an administrator include the assignment of user accounts and passwords, setting the security levels for system access, allocation of storage space and protection of your system from unauthorized access.

Create Order
If all items of the order are entered, this order will be transferred to the procedure “put stock order together” via this selection. In the subsequent step, the picking orders can be put together after optimization criteria manually.
Advice
A delivery advice is an announced warehouse or goods receipt.
User
Each user has a defined user profile. Here the basic features, the lock indicator, the contact information and the credentials are set.
User Role
Each user is assigned a particular user´s role in the myWMS LOS. Due to this there will be editing and viewing restrictions made. It is possible to define several different user roles such as the administrator, the clerk, the client, etc..
Order type
Determination of the order type. Choose between “Production”, “Internal Order” and “Customer Order”.
Batch
A batch describes a quantity of goods with the same characteristics.
Batch validity
With the validity of a batch you can define in which period a particular batch can be used.
Document
If you want to add a particular document to the shipping documents, this can be done by specifying the URL of a network resource. The printing of an associated defined document will be instructed.
Pick List
The pick list is created after the processing of an order by the system and is passed to an storage employee afterwards. The storage employee picks the specified articles listed in the pick list.
Handling Unit
The handling unit indicates the unit of measurements that belongs to each article. For instance: Pieces, kilograms, grams
Inventory
An inventory is the collection of all existing stocks in the warehouse at particular time.
Clearing place
A Clearing place is a virtual booking place in the system. Goods can be booked on this place, whose processing is unclear.
Small Load Carrier (SLC)
A Small load carrier is a small transport and storage tool in comparison to a pallet or a grid box. For example: transport and storage box made of plastic.
Picking
The picking is triggered by an order. It describes the collection of the ordered items from the inventory stored in the warehouse.
Picking
A picking trolley is a technical tool which is used in the picking procedure.
Loading Carrier
Several individual units are combined into larger units, a storage unit, on a loading carrier. They serve the transportation and storage of stock items such as pallets or small loading carriers.
Storage Unit
Storage units are a logical grouping of one or more amounts of material that are managed as integral unit within a warehouse. Each storage unit has a identifying number: the storage unit number.
Activity type code
These are characteristics that determine how an activity will be charged. An activity can be offset in the following ways: directly via predistribution of fixed costs or indirectly (value coverage) or not at all. Instead of the offsetting only the collection of the accomplished amounts will be provided to the stations.
Delivery Note
A delivery note is a document issued by the supplier that indicates information about the delivered items. It is normally sent together with the goods and serves, after the signature by the recipient as a proof of successful delivery.
Client
One client is a customer or a purchaser.
Nirvana
Nirvana describes in this system a virtual booking place for goods that are for instance lost, damaged or counted incorrectly during the entry and that have to be checked out of the system.
Zero Crossing, an unexpected one
The goods to be removed exceeds the amount of the number of available goods, in case of a unexpected zero crossing. This is due to a loss or breakage without proper Check out or a false count during the storage.
Pallet Receipt
A pallet receipt is a companion paper for the identification and the tracking of a pallet and is attached thereto. It contains different information (e.g. Amount of articles, Order number) that enable for instance to make a target-performance comparison. After processing the incoming goods a pallet receipt is created by the system that is attached to the pallet during the storage. A pallet receipt indicates the amount of items that are on the loading device.
Prefix
A prefix is one or more signs that appear at the beginning of a document number.
Return
A return describes a product which derives from the warehouse and is sent back for some reason.
Lock indicator
A lock indicator is a flag in the master data that can create to a lock for a booking.
Goods Receipt
The goods receipt describes a virtual booking place in this system for incoming goods that not yet stored.
Target Bin Location
Determination of the Outgoing goods gate where the goods should be provided fro shipment.
